I. Return/Exchange Application Period: You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods (based on the logistics receipt time).

II. Opened Return Support (Peace of Mind Guarantee): To make your shopping more worry-free, we support reasonable opening and inspection of goods:

Products can still be returned after being opened. Simple installation and inspection are allowed.

However, the following conditions must be met:

The product has no obvious stains, damage, or severe signs of use.

It does not affect resale (e.g., no obvious wear, odor, etc.).

The original packaging should be kept as intact as possible.

III. Situations Where Returns Are Not Supported: Returns may not be processed in the following situations:

The product has been severely used or damaged.

Custom-sized or personalized carpets.

The 30-day return period has expired.

Provide order information and reason for return.

After approval, obtain the return address.

Send the returned item back as required and provide the tracking number.

After confirming receipt of the returned item, we will arrange a refund or exchange.

V. Shipping Costs

For returns not due to quality issues: Return shipping costs are borne by the user. For returns due to quality issues or incorrect shipment: Shipping costs are borne by us.

VI. Refund Policy

After receiving and verifying the returned item, we will complete the refund within 3-7 business days.

The refund will be returned to your original payment account. The actual arrival time depends on the payment platform.
